Chocolate Maple Cookies:

3 1/4 C. Flour

1 tsp. Baking soda

1/4 tsp. salt

2/3 C. Cocoa

1 tsp. Cinnamon

Mix and set aside.

In another bowl:

1 C. Brown Sugar

1 C. Butter

1/2 C. Sugar

3 Tbsp. Espresso

2 Eggs

1/2 C. Maple syrup

1 tsp. Vanilla

Mix until smooth, add the 1st bowl, mix. Then add

2 C. Chocolate chips

1 1/2 C. Walnuts

Drop by Tbsp. onto cookie sheet.

Bake at 350º for 12 minutes.
